These are, I hope, some facts that we know about each. I don't pretend these are exhaustive lists. Please please add either other people or other facts or correct me if you think I've got anything wrong. This is what you have collectively discovered, after all!

Moray was born and bred in Battersea, London
Moray had an heir called Nathaniel whom he abandoned when he stole the treasure (?)
Moray left a trail of puzzles for Nathaniel to solve that would lead Nathaniel to the treasure.
Moray taunted Grandison by sending him a line of cipher via Dupin and then further lines that Dupin discovered.

Dupin
Dupin was an ex-thief turned detective and Moray's 'nemesis'
Dupin was addicted to opium
Dupin hands something, a jewel (?), to Eugenie Salsafette in the opium den in exchange for a hit of opium
Dupin murders Bonbon in the basement
Dupin follows the name 'Coeury'
Dupin is trying to solve the codes that Moray left (?)

Benoit Hellier
Benoit was Moray's loyal servant and now loyal to someone else
Benoit despised Moray's opium habit
Benoit always wore a golden mask
Benoit, or his ghost (?), now haunts the Palais waiting for Hunters and seems to be guiding us more and more now that 'she' has come to knowledge

BonBon
BonBon runs the wine cellar
BonBon is murdered by Dupin

Eugenie Salsafette
Eugenie Salsafette is a clairvoyant
Eugenie is powerful in the opium den
Eugenie had an affair with Moray
(An apparition of?) Eugenie appeared when we recently broke into the deserted theatre with Sonia

Lotte
Lotte is the dresser at the Palais
Moray had designs on Lotte
Lotte was, according to Moray, involved with Cripps the tailor

The woman who told the first story after the Masque, does anyone know her name?

Grandson of Rupert Grandison Senior from the treasure was stolen

Sonia Delfont
Was working in this position running the hunt for Mr Grandison but resigned
Discovered recently that she is the heir of William Moray
Inherited a sheet of code which it appears we are close to finding the key towards
Is hopefully taking a well-earned break!

This is a cast list, which was posted on facebook with the caveat: "it's not up to date - Jack Laskey, River Carmalt, and Raquel Meseguer are not in the cast anymore. If the guy you had the one on one with was Quincy, who basically runs/guards the opium den, then I think his name is Tim Wilson." [Though, perhaps wrongly, I seem to remember I did see Jack Laskey as one of the actors.]

Berenice [dark red wavy hair, pale skin] is raped by the character now played by the slim blonde guy with sharp features and thin facial hare.

The character, 'Host' played by Matthew Blake should probably be described as 'Guest'? Googling reveals he's the 6 ft 4 blonde guy who's introduced by BonBon as a guest at the dinner where things go a bit crazy.

The manager of the Palais Royale, who told the second story after the Masque, is called Maurice.

Lotte is also in love it seems or certainly being courted by one of the performers at the palais royal.I watched him (can't remember his name) give her a present of tea leaves. they flirted.

Edmund / Edward it is.

The Host is Maurice aka the Manager of the Palais Royal. He is the one who gets 'eaten' during the big feast / orgy type affair.
